All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

The Haze Collective is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders may have different processing times and shipping arrangements than retail orders. Wholesale customers will receive shipping or delivery details during order confirmation.

Free Local Wholesale Delivery

We offer free local delivery for wholesale orders within our local service area.

  • Free local delivery is available for approved wholesale customers only

  • Delivery availability and scheduling are confirmed directly with the wholesale client

  • Local delivery applies to business addresses within the designated local area near La Salle, Michigan

Minimum order requirements or delivery schedules may apply for wholesale delivery.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. The Haze Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
