Refund Policy

At The Haze Collective, we take pride in the quality of our products. Because our items include fragrances and personal care products, we maintain the following refund policy to protect product integrity and customer safety.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Perfumes

  • Hair mists

  • Body sprays

  • Lip care products​ 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

To help us resolve the matter, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, The Haze Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
